Manufacturing Supply Chain Solutions

Mastars connects engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and delivery to manage supplier, material, capacity, and schedule risks from prototype to repeat production.

Supplier Qualification

Supplier sourcing, qualification, and ongoing performance reviews across quality, delivery, cost, and service.

Material & Production Planning

Material readiness, purchasing progress, inventory, and production schedules are coordinated against order requirements.

Production Visibility

Supplier performance, material status, production progress, and delivery risks are tracked throughout execution.

Risk Response

Alternative sourcing, capacity adjustments, production replanning, and logistics changes are coordinated when conditions change.

Manufacturing Process Comparison

Compare process fit, tooling needs, engineering risks, and key capabilities for flexible production.
Process Best For Volume Range Tooling Key Capability Supply Chain Consideration
CNC Machining Precision parts, prototypes & repeat orders 1–10,000+ parts supported No dedicated tooling ±0.0025 mm 5-axis accuracy Flexible for design changes and repeat demand
3D Printing Complex parts and short runs 1–1,000 parts No tooling SLA layer thickness below 0.05 mm Fast response for changing requirements
Sheet Metal Enclosures, brackets & structures Low to high volume Minimal tooling ±0.05 mm laser cutting Suitable for revised designs and replenishment
Injection Molding Repeat plastic parts Medium to high volume Mold required 0.002 mm mold precision Best when demand becomes stable
Metal Casting Complex metal parts Medium to high volume Process dependent Multiple casting processes Reduces machining for suitable geometries
Vacuum Casting Bridge production & low-volume parts 10–100 parts Silicone mold 15–25 casts per mold Useful before committing to production tooling

Why Choose Mastars?

Test Real Materials
Use production-grade metals, engineering plastics, sheet materials, and molded resins when strength, heat resistance, wear, or actual material behavior matters.
Verify Critical Fits
Check mating surfaces, hole locations, interfaces, and tolerance stacks before the design is released. CMM, FAI, and dimensional inspection can verify critical features where required.
Catch Risks Early
Review tool access, wall thickness, draft, shrinkage, warpage, bend geometry, support placement, and other process risks before parts are made.
Meet Quality Requirements
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 quality systems support projects with stricter inspection, documentation, and production requirements.
Simplify Coordination
Combine CNC, 3D printing, sheet metal, molding, casting, finishing, inserts, and assembly under one project instead of managing multiple suppliers and handoffs.
Scale with Confidence
Move from prototype to low-volume builds and production with the same manufacturing partner. Material, tooling, tolerance, inspection, quantity, and cost are reviewed again before scaling.

Mastars in all my projects are partners. So I get all the support that I need from engineering management, pricing, timetable, QA, everything is as a partner, not as a supplier. For me, Masters is like home.

I think the relationship between the buyers and definitely between me the Mastars it's like a family relationship and this is why we are so happy to produce in Mastars and this is why we came for 15 years. By the way, now we came with a new product that we come to Master to produce for the new year.

Supply Chain FAQ

  • Can Mastars help if my current supplier cannot meet demand?

Yes. We can support additional manufacturing capacity, bridge production, low-volume builds, and repeat orders when existing supply is constrained. The practical route depends on the part, process, material, tooling status, and required quantity.

  • Can Mastars help with supplier qualification?

Yes. Supplier qualification includes capability review and ongoing evaluation across quality, delivery, cost, and service. Incoming materials are also subject to defined inspection and nonconformance controls before entering production.

  • How do you qualify and manage suppliers?

Suppliers are evaluated across quality, delivery, cost, and service. Performance is reviewed over time, and incoming materials are controlled through defined inspection and nonconformance processes before they enter production.

  • What happens if a supply or delivery risk appears?

We identify the affected material, supplier, process, capacity, or delivery step, then coordinate alternatives such as adjusted production planning, alternate sourcing, backup manufacturing capacity, or logistics changes where practical. Early visibility is important because some risks cannot be recovered without affecting schedule.

  • Can Mastars help reduce dependence on a single supplier?

Often yes. Depending on the project, we can evaluate alternative manufacturing routes, suppliers, materials, or production capacity to reduce single-source exposure. Some parts remain difficult to dual-source when tooling, validation, proprietary materials, or qualification requirements are highly specific.

  • How do you maintain quality across multiple suppliers and processes?

Quality requirements are defined before production and controlled through incoming inspection, first article inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection as required. Available methods include CMM and optical inspection for critical dimensions.

  • Can you support urgent or fluctuating demand?

Yes. Flexible manufacturing is one of Mastars’ core supply chain strengths. Production can support quantities from low-volume builds through larger repeat orders, with multiple manufacturing processes available when demand, geometry, or tooling requirements change.

  • What information should I provide for a supply chain review?

Start with the part files or drawings, material requirements, current quantity, forecast demand, critical dimensions, tooling status, quality requirements, and the supply problem you are trying to solve. Rough information is enough for an initial discussion.

  • What parts of the supply chain can Mastars coordinate?

We can coordinate sourcing, supplier performance, material readiness, production planning, quality control, inventory related to manufacturing orders, and shipment preparation within the project. Scope depends on the product, supply model, and delivery requirements.

  • Do you guarantee that supply chain disruptions will not happen?

No. No manufacturer can eliminate every disruption. Material shortages, supplier issues, logistics delays, tooling problems, and demand changes can still affect production. Our role is to identify exposure early, maintain practical alternatives, and reduce the impact on quality, cost, and delivery.
