Because the nitriding technology can obtain a very high level of surface properties, and the nitriding technology process is very consistent with the quenching process of steel in precision parts. And the nitriding temperature is very low, so after nitriding technology treatment, there is no need for intense cooling process. Therefore, the deformation of precision parts will be very small, so nitriding technology is also one of the earliest technologies used to strengthen the surface performance in precision parts processing, and it is also the most widely used at present.


Precautions for precision hardware parts processing:

1. Before mechanical operation, check whether the moving part is filled with lubricating oil, and then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal. The machine tool shall be idled for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to operate in case of mechanical failure


2. Keep correct posture at work and have enough spirit to cope with work. In case of physical discomfort, leave the post immediately and report to the leader. During the operation, you must concentrate on your thoughts. It is strictly forbidden to chat and cooperate with each other. The operator shall not operate under the state of irritability and fatigue to avoid accidents and ensure the safety of operation. Before entering the work position, all employees shall check whether their clothes meet the work requirements. They are not allowed to wear slippers, high heels and clothes that affect safety. Those with long hair shall wear safety helmets.


3. When replacing the die, first turn off the power supply, and then stop the moving parts of the punch. The installation and commissioning of the mold can be started only after the installation and adjustment. Move the flywheel by hand for trial punching twice, and check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the blank holder is in a reasonable position.


4. Only after other personnel leave the mechanical working area and remove the sundries on the workbench can the power supply be started.


5. When the machine is working, it is forbidden to stretch your hand into the slider working area, and it is forbidden to take or place the workpiece by hand. When taking or placing the workpiece in the die, you must use the tools that meet the standards. If you find that the machine has abnormal sound or the machine fails, you should immediately turn off the power switch for inspection. After the machine is started, the material is transported by one person and operated by the machine. Other people shall not press the electric building or step on the foot switch board, nor put their hands into the mechanical working area or touch the moving parts of the machinery with their hands.
