Our factory is equipped with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines, delivering professional custom machining services. We efficiently and accurately produce both functional prototypes and end-use parts, with some orders completed in as fast as 1 day. A wide selection of engineering plastics and metal materials is available to meet various application requirements.
Supported by our semi-automated production line and strict quality control system, we also provide FAIR, material certifications, and various surface treatment options including anodizing, chromate conversion, and powder coating. This ensures every part meets the highest quality standards.

Material Options
Surface Finish on Milled Parts
Typically, we break (debur) the edges on all machined parts. All machined plastic parts are left as-machined, which may leave visible tool marks. Some metal parts, on the other hand, allow more choice. Parts left with sharp edges should be handled with care.
