Vacuum casting produces production-grade rigid, flexible, and rubber parts using 3D-printed master patterns and silicone moulds, enabling short-run manufacturing of parts up to 2300 mm long. Finished part dimensions depend on master model accuracy, geometry, and casting material.
Ideal for parts requiring color, surface quality, and toughness, vacuum casting serves as a low-volume alternative to insert moulding, supports diverse materials, and acts as bridge tooling between 3D printing and injection moulding (balancing quality, cost, and time). Parts can also be clear, color-matched, painted, or fitted with inserts.
