Work experience: Over 5 years of experience in the precision parts manufacturing industry, including over 3 years of experience in plastic/hardware parts manufacturing projects; familiar with project management processes such as APQP and PPAP, and have successful experience in delivering complex parts projects.
Skill Requirements
1. English proficiency: CET-6 or equivalent, capable of independently conducting cross-border conferences and writing English technical documents ;
2. Proficient in manufacturing processes: Familiar with injection molding/stamping/machining processes, and able to independently analyze mold structure (such as injection mold parting surface design) or machining processes (such as CNC programming optimization).
3. Familiar with DFM (Manufacturing Feasibility Analysis) and able to optimize product design from a process perspective.

一、运营与团队管理
1、完成所有CNC类订单的交付，确保成本/交期与质量目标达成。
2、负责团队建设、绩效管理、技能培训与人才梯队培养，提升整体组织效能。
3、管控生产成本，通过工艺优化、设备效能提升、人员效率优化等方式，实现成本控制目标。
4、制定并优化生产管理制度、考核标准与激励方案。
二、 工艺技术与流程优化
1、主导CNC加工工艺的持续改进，精通加工参数优化、刀具选型与夹具设计。
2、编制与维护SOP、PFMEA、控制计划等工艺文件，推动标准化与精益生产。
3、深入分析生产数据（如OEE、良率、Cycle Time），识别瓶颈并实施改善措施。
4、负责新设备的评估、引进、调试与维护管理，提升设备综合效率与自动化水平。
三、项目管理
1、主导新产品导入（NPI）全过程，保证关键绩效指标 (KPI）、产品良率、生产效率（产能）、生产成本控制、项目按时导入率达成。
2、熟悉项目管理方法（如APQP/PPAP），具备PMP资质者优先。
四、客户对接与质量保障
1、参与技术评审、需求沟通与质量会议。
2、建立并维护严格的质量控制体系，确保产品良率持续处于行业领先水平。

Basic Job Information
1. Job Title: Quality Manager & DQE

Main responsibilities
1. New Product Quality Planning (APQP/NPQP):
1) Participate in the early quality planning of new projects and develop project quality assurance plans and timelines.
2) Lead or participate in the preparation of quality control plans, process flowcharts, and failure mode and effects analysis.
3) Ensure that quality reviews are effectively implemented in the new product development process.
2. Quality control during the design phase:
1) Participate in product design reviews and provide quality feedback from the perspectives of manufacturability, testability, reliability, and customer needs.
2) Review the design drawings, technical specifications, and tolerance analysis to ensure they are clear, accurate, and meet quality requirements.
3) Assist the R&D team in conducting Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and track improvement measures.
3. Tackling technical challenges and decision-making:
1) As the person in charge of tackling major and complex quality problems, use advanced quality tools to locate the root cause.
2) Lead cross-functional teams to solve key bottlenecks and challenging technical problems in the process from design verification to mass production transfer.
3) Conduct a quality impact assessment of the design change (ECN) and make a release decision.
4) Provide independent quality assessments and decision-making recommendations at key project milestones.
4. Customer and supplier relationship management:
1) As the technical interface, I liaise with key clients, handle their complex technical quality requirements, and lead the internal team in implementation.
2) Participate in the technical review of key suppliers and guide the SQE team to complete the supplier development and quality approval of new technologies.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
1. Education and professional background:
Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, materials science, industrial engineering, quality management, or other engineering disciplines. Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE, CRE, or other advanced certifications required.
2.Work experience:
Five or more years of quality engineering experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least three years focused on a DQE or R&D quality role.
Required : Successful experience in leading multiple complex projects from concept to mass production, with the ability to provide specific case studies.
Priority: will be given to candidates with experience in high-tech, high-reliability, and highly regulated industries such as automotive, medical devices, and aerospace.
Factory experience: Possesses experience in both large and small-to-medium-sized factories; pragmatic.
3. Professional knowledge and skills:
1) Be familiar with the application of the five major tools (APQP/FMEA/PPAP/SPC/MSA).
3) Familiar with product design, material properties and manufacturing processes (such as precision machining, injection molding, die casting, surface treatment, etc.).
4) Proficient in reviewing drawings and technical specifications.
