Let's talk about the difference between the two machines. Mastars provides rapid CNC machining. 1) Printing accuracy

At this stage, there is only household machine FDM, SLA. From the perspective of data information, there is no great difference between industrial machines and household machines. The minimum resolution of FDM is determined by the size of the printing extrusion port, which is basically between 0.3-0.6mm, and the layer thickness is determined by the z-axis. Stepping motors are mostly used for household machinery. In the actual printing process of industrial 3D, the printer selects servo motors to prevent accuracy distortion and other problems.

2) Printing speed

Printing speed is another key difference between industrial machines and household machines. Due to the cost limitation of household machines, 16 bit and 32-bit chips are mainly selected as the main control chip, and the data processing speed is difficult to reach 64 bit CPU. Compared with FDM, there is little difference due to accuracy, but in SLA technology, the maximum scanning speed of the former is 1m / S, and the latter can reach 7m-15m / s.

3) Quality of design and removal of printing support

Print support and print entity separable parameter print design are the most important symbols to distinguish industrial machines from household machines. Why? As industrial machines are used in the actual production field, the final printing effect should have a high controllable standard. Partners who have used household machines know that whether FDM or SLA, because there is no distinction between support and entity in the printing process, the stripping of support after printing is a particularly uncontrollable factor, which usually leads to stripping failure and damage to the entity. Industrial machines have fundamentally solved this problem.

4) Print size is the key index to distinguish between home and industrial 3D printers. Generally speaking, the larger the print size supported, the more expensive the printer is. If you need a 3D printer that can print the size of a microwave oven. Today, the vast majority of families in the market can only use 3D printers to print small things. Industrial printers are not as simple as home printers. Generally speaking, there are various compliance designs that meet different industry standards.

5) Printing reliability

Printing reliability is simply the printing success rate. Printing success rate is an indicator that really challenges the skills of the design team. It is also an indicator that distinguishes desktop and industrial level. It is a key indicator of 3D printers, because industrial printers are used for mass production. The printing process is usually very long and usually takes at least a few hours. If one detail is not handled well, the printing will fail. Now, even the most stable home 3D printer in the industry has a printing success rate of only more than 70%. The printing success rate of industrial machinery is close to 100%, which greatly improves the production efficiency and reduces the comprehensive cost of manpower and time.

6) Self checking function during printing

Due to the cost and volume, household machines have almost no function of automatic correction and checking the printing process. This design is the standard of industrial machines.

Generally speaking, the main technology of household 3D printer desktop printer is printer FDM, and a small part involves SLA; Industrial 3D covers the whole industry of printing equipment SLA, SLS, SLM, DLP and FMS.
