IMD (in mold decoration technology), also known as coating free technology, is an internationally popular surface decoration technology. It has a surface hardening transparent film, a middle printing pattern layer, a back injection layer, and an ink middle, which can make the product resistant to friction, prevent the surface from being scratched, and maintain the bright color for a long time.

out mold decoration, for short, is a decoration technology that integrates vision, touch and function, and extends IMD. It is a 3D surface decoration technology that combines printing, texture structure and metallization characteristics.

Radium carving, also known as laser carving or laser marking, is a surface treatment process based on optical principles. Use the laser beam to carve permanent marks on the surface of the material or inside the transparent material.

Electric discharge machining (EDM) is a special machining method that uses the electric erosion produced by the pulse discharge between the two poles immersed in the working fluid to etch away the conductive materials. It is also called electric discharge machining or electric erosion machining, which is called EDM for short in English. Tool electrodes are usually made of corrosion-resistant materials with good conductivity, high melting point and easy processing, such as copper, graphite, copper tungsten alloy and molybdenum. In the process of machining, the tool electrode also has loss, but it is less than the corrosion amount of the workpiece metal, and even close to no loss.

Laser biting uses high-energy density laser to react with the steel surface to form snakeskin / etched lines / pear ground or other forms of lines.

Pad printing is one of the special printing methods, that is, using steel (or copper, thermoplastic) intaglio, using the curved surface pad printing head made of silicone rubber material, dip the ink on the intaglio into the surface of the pad printing head, and then press it on the surface of the desired object to print words, drawings, etc.

Screen printing is to stretch silk fabric, synthetic fiber fabric or wire mesh on the screen frame, and make screen printing plate by hand carving paint film or photochemical plate making. Modern screen printing technology uses photosensitive materials to make a screen printing plate by photographing (making the screen holes of the graphic part on the screen printing plate be through holes, rather than the screen holes of the graphic part blocked). During printing, the ink is transferred to the substrate through the mesh of the graphic part through the extrusion of the scraper, forming the same graphic as the original.

The principle of thermal transfer printing is to print digital patterns on the special transfer paper with special transfer ink through the printer, and then use the special transfer machine to accurately transfer the patterns to the surface of goods at high temperature and high pressure to complete the printing of goods.
