The company has 5 sets of German HERMLE C22, C42, C62 5-axis machining centers, AGIE spark machine, Sodick spark machine, Okuma, FANUC and other precision mold processing equipment, a total of 83 sets, constant temperature and humidity production workshop. Machining accuracy can reach 0.002mm. T1 qualified rate over 90%.
Injection molding

The company has Sumitomo, Shadik molding injection machine, as well as dust-free injection molding workshop.
Virus tube high precision mold, in the Sumitomo injection machine production, the use of automatic manipulator, each set of mold to achieve the production of 32 virus tubes every 18 seconds, can produce more than 150,000 virus tubes per day, a large number of support against the first line of the epidemic. The production efficiency has been further enhanced by the production of 48 virus tubes per mold. Mastars, with its high quality mold design, production process and high quality products, is making unremitting efforts to fight against the epidemic.
