1. The precision injection mold design engineer analyzed the feasibility of the plastic product drawings provided by the customer, determined the mold structure, and strictly stipulated the product design process, which is the most important step. 2. Prepare all kinds of materials required for precision injection mold design according to the analysis of product deployment diagram of precision injection mold design. 5. Properly adjusting the draft angle of high-precision plastic mold can avoid the damage of white edge, deformation and fracture on the top of the product. In the design of products with deep cavity structure, the inclination of the outer surface should be greater than that of the inner surface as far as possible, so as to ensure that the core of the plastic injection mold will not move, so as to obtain a uniform product wall thickness, and ensure the material strength and product opening time.

6. Each kind of different plastics has a certain wall thickness range, usually 0.54mm. When the wall thickness exceeds 4mm, it will lead to problems such as long cooling time and shrinkage of plastic products. We should consider changing the product structure. Uneven wall thickness will lead to surface shrinkage. And air holes and melting wires. In addition, the rational use of reinforcement can increase the stiffness of products and reduce deformation.
