Mastars is a manufacturer of plastic and metal products from prototyping to mass production, providing rapid cnc services, rapid prototyping services, explained below: In fact, when we usually buy a car, then most of us are only concerned about how big the displacement of the car is, but in fact, few people are concerned about what type of engine the car is. There are two kinds of engines that are used the most, then one of them is naturally aspirated engine, while the other is turbocharged engine.

Engine Mastars

Then in the same displacement, in fact, power, torque turbine is better, while fuel consumption is about the same. However, we need to preheat the oil to warm up during normal use, and make the turbocharger fully lubricated by the oil.

And in the stop when the vehicle but need to idle for about two minutes, and we have to use the flow of oil to dissipate the heat of the turbocharger, so do to achieve the purpose of protecting the turbocharger. Then the turbo vehicle maintenance and repair costs are high, and the turbocharger is also limited by the age of use.

Our usual family car, self-priming and turbo engine which is more practical? The answer is simple

In fact, when we usually buy a car, then most of us are only concerned about how big the displacement of the car is, but in fact few people are concerned about what type of engine the car is. So in fact, now the family car, the most used engine has two kinds, then one of them is naturally aspirated engine, and the other is turbocharged engine.
Then we compare the self-priming and turbo engines, in fact, the self-priming engine of the vehicle is structurally simpler than the turbo, and the manufacturing cost is low, so that the maintenance cost is thus low, but the purchase cost will be low.

Then in the same displacement, in fact, power, torque turbine is better, while fuel consumption is about the same. However, we in the usual use of the process of the turbo machine compared to the self-priming more delicate, in fact, as with the car before the need to preheat the oil to warm up, and make the turbocharger fully lubricated by oil. While in the stop, the vehicle needs to idle for about two minutes

But compared to the naturally aspirated engine structure as a whole is relatively simple, and the vehicle maintenance is easy, so that the cost is low. In fact, let's take a simple example, naturally aspirated engines because there is no turbocharging, then the engine runs at a low temperature on the oil, gasoline requirements are not high, so that maintenance costs are naturally not very high.
Supercharged car power is also dependent on the oil burned out, and more oxygen per unit volume, then we need to spray more gasoline out, then in order to maintain a better air-fuel ratio. In fact, the same 1.4 displacement, then the engine with supercharging will consume more fuel than the self-priming. And not only is it expensive to maintain, but even turbocharged engines are generally more expensive to repair than self-priming ones.

In fact, the advantages and disadvantages of both are obvious, so turbocharged and naturally aspirated are actually more like trade-offs. Naturally aspirated technology is mature, linear power output, and low maintenance costs, but the power is weak and explosive.
But turbocharged is just the opposite, in fact, how to choose depends on their own needs, so if we pursue stable quality and linear and smooth power output, do not like the turbo lag and abrupt feeling, then choose naturally aspirated. But if it is often driven in the congested city, in fact, naturally aspirated is actually more suitable
