Our story with Seer began with an Australian design company - UNO. Mastars have cooperated with UNO for more than 10 years, some engineers resigned from UNO and went to new companies and still contact us for the business. One of UNO designer joined Seer Medical, so our story was start…..

From April 2019, Mastars started to cooperate with Seer Sense SM-01 for the prototypes of epilepsy monitoring device project. At that time, Seer just is a start-up company. We quickly cooperated with customers from prototypes to tooling and mass production, from design support to raw material selection suggestion. Now Seer has developed to a certain size of the team, Neuroscience scientists specialize in analyzing data from patients around the world, Seer vision is  FEEL LIKE A PERSON, NOT LIKE A PATIENT.

From July 2019, after five times design adjustments, Seer finally determined the appropriate structure, color and material for the device. In December 2019, we start to make 22 sets tooling for the project, including the injection tooling for the hard plastic and silicone, the die casting tooling, the compression tooling. After one month tooling lead time we have the first mold trial and produced 200sets parts to Seer for the test. After the test on Seer side, the customer repaired the functions of some electronic components. At present, 400 sets of products have been produced for real patients' condition monitoring, among which 4000 sets of disposable products have been produced and used.
