PolyJet is an industrial 3D printing technology that produces multi-material prototypes with flexible elements and complex, intricate geometries in as fast as 1 day. It supports a wide range of Shore hardness values, making it ideal for components with elastomeric properties such as gaskets, seals, and housings.
Common applications for PolyJet 3D printing:
✔️ prototyping designs for overmolding or silicone rubber parts
✔️combining two colors or durometers into a single part
✔️simulating elastomers or flexible parts

Design Guidelines and Capabilities
We don't have MOQ, only 1pcs is according to high standard to make, we pursuit the product is perfect to every customer, from 1pcs to million,we are glad to witness and grow together with our customers, that make us proud.
Our basic PolyJet guidelines outline key design considerations to optimize manufacturability, improve cosmetic quality, and shorten overall production time.
Tolerances for PolyJet: For well-designed parts, tolerances of ±0.005 (0.1mm) for the first inch plus 0.1% of nominal length can typically be achieved. Note that tolerances may change depending on part geometry.
| US | Metric | |
| Maximum Part Size | 19.3 in. x 15.4 in. x 7.9 in. | 490mm x 390mm x 200mm |
| Layer Thickness | 0.00118 in. | 30 microns |
| Minimum Feature Size | 0.012 in. | 0.3mm |

How Does PolyJet 3D Printing Work?
PolyJet 3D printing jets tiny liquid photopolymer droplets, which are instantly cured by UV light layer by layer. The process uses voxels (3D pixels) to precisely mix flexible and rigid materials, creating custom digital materials. With a 30-micron layer height, parts are built with exceptional accuracy.
Parts are fully surrounded by support material during printing, which is then removed with high-pressure water and a chemical solution. No additional post-curing is required.
