Refund and Return Policy
At Mastars Industries Co., Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality manufacturing services. Because our products are custom-manufactured to your specific designs and CAD specifications, they cannot be returned for a refund due to a change of mind.
Our policy is as follows:
1. Inspection and Acceptance
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the parts immediately. You have [e.g., 7 or 14] business days from the date of delivery to notify us of any defects, discrepancies, or quality issues.
2. Quality Claims and Rework
If the parts delivered do not meet the technical specifications or tolerances agreed upon in the confirmed quote/CAD files:
Notification: Please provide a detailed inspection report, photos, or videos showing the non-conformity to marketing@mastars.com.
ü Resolution: Mastars will, at its discretion, either:
ü Rework the parts to meet the original specifications at no additional cost.
ü Replace the defective parts and ship them via the original shipping method.
ü Issue a Credit/Refund if the parts cannot be reworked or replaced to meet the requirements.
3. Limitations
We are not responsible for:
ü Errors in the CAD files or drawings provided by the customer.
ü Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or secondary processing by the customer.
ü Minor aesthetic variations that do not affect the functionality or exceed industry-standard tolerances.
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Production: If you cancel an order before material procurement or production has started, a full or partial refund may be issued minus any administrative or engineering costs incurred.
In Production: Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Shipping Costs
If a return for inspection is required, Mastars will cover the return shipping costs only if the parts are confirmed to be non-conforming. Customers must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from us before shipping any items back.
